Randy has lived in the Nation's Capital just about all of his life. He is full of pride knowing he gets the opportunity to build DC's future everyday he comes into work. Randy started off as a laborer and has worked his way up to a foreman. Because of this job, he put his grandchildren, great nieces, and great nephews through college. He wants to work at this company for the rest of his career because he knows that if you have initiative here, people will teach you, invest in you, and help you grow as a professional.
