Fort Myer Construction, along with our partners Precision Systems, Inc. and Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, advanced to Phase II of the DoS Foreign Missions Center Infrastructure Improvements at the WRAMC project.
The project consists of design and construction of infrastructure improvements to existing roadways, utilities, and streetscapes within the Foreign Mission Center 32-acre parcel. The parcel is owned by the Department of State and is located at the former Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, DC.
The project requires realignment and partial closure of 14th Street NW, widening of Dahlia Street NW, demolition and removal of existing utilities located within the proposed road right of way parcels, installation of new utilities (including water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and electric, landscaping and streetscape hardscapes including sidewalks, handicap curb ramps, and bicycle racks.

I checked the services of Enginuity because I usually feel skeptical about full-scale digital agencies that claim to handle everything under one roof. For those interested in how these processes work in practice I suggest checking https://freedesstudio.com/3d-interior-rendering-services/ as a reference for technical standards. The typical workflow usually involves several stages of previews starting from…
