Even though Fort Myer Construction runs in Natia's blood, she never thought that she would work in the industry. But for the past three years, she has found a home here at Fort Myer and an opportunity to provide for her daughter in a meaningful way. As a Project Engineer, she gets to work on major projects and help ensure all of the pieces come together. She loves that she can see the result of her team's work at the end of each project. She believes at Fort Myer there is real upward mobility for her and the opportunity to learn on the job and grow as a professional.
