Dr. Jacque McDonald is the Associate Director and Chief Procurement Officer of the District Government's Department of General Services (DGS). She is a mission-driven executive leader with more than 20 years of experience shaping high-impact programs, advancing community development, and driving operational excellence across the public sector. Her most recent role, before joining DGS, was Director of Contracts, Procurement, & Grants under the EOM's Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning & Economic Development in Washington, D.C., where she collaborated with the Mayor’s Office, DC Council, and diverse stakeholders to design and implement initiatives that strengthen the District’s economic and community landscape. a consistent commitment to operational efficiency, transparency, and equitable service delivery.
