Project Significance

This project entailed a completely new road to be constructed which required full cooperation with all applicable permits and other regulations, including environmental control and compliance with wetlands permits, grading permits and all other applicable environmental permits. The majority of FMCC’s work was within or near the well-developed city limits of DC, meaning most job opportunities involved rehabilitation, redevelopment, or site improvements. This project was an example of FMCC’s team working on undeveloped land and constructing an entirely new road.
