Driving past many of the region's most important landmarks, Constantino can see the results of his work here at Fort Myer Construction. He started in 1993 as an Equipment Operator and is now a Superintendent of Mega Projects. He knows there is more growth ahead of him at Fort Myer because this company values their employees and know they are what make this company successful. As he puts it, "its one for all and all for one."
